* Will you do the job? – Are your competencies showing significant achievements in past employments

* Will you fit in with the culture of their organisation? – teamwork, flexibility and prepared to learn

I hold more than 40 years experience of been a member of interview panels both in the Private, Civil Service /  Public sector, and 18 years of coaching candidates for interviews, I coach on all aspects of an interview including dress code and the psychology of handling an interview panel and how to best ” sell yourself” at interview
